What's the difference between subscription and lifetime?
Subscriptions give you access to all updates and features for as long as you're subscribed. Version Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase that covers all updates within the current major version (e.g., v1.x).
What does 'Version Lifetime License' mean exactly?
A Version Lifetime License grants you perpetual access to the current major version of DMXDesktop (e.g., all v1.x releases). When a new major version is released (e.g., v2.0), a separate license may be required. This is clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions. We believe in transparency—no hidden surprises.
Can I change my plan?
Yes! To switch plans, simply cancel your current subscription and purchase a new one when it expires. For example, if you have a monthly plan and want lifetime, cancel your subscription and it will remain active until the end of your billing period. Once it expires, you can purchase your new plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
