At DMXDesktop, we believe in fostering creativity and innovation in education. That's why we're excited to introduce our Free Pro License Program exclusively for public junior and high schools. With this program, schools can access our Pro License, unlocking unlimited universes and advanced features to create stunning lighting effects for school productions, events, and activities.

Eligibility Requirements

1. 1. Be a Recognized Public School: Schools must provide documentation (such as government certification or official recognition) verifying their status as a publicly funded junior or high school.
2. 2. Non-Commercial Use: The license is intended strictly for educational and school-related activities. While entry fees may be charged for events like school productions, these must be for fundraising purposes and not for operating a commercial business.
3. 3. No Private or Commercial Affiliation: The program is not available to private institutions or organizations engaging in regular commercial activities.
4. 4. Official School Website and Email: Applications must be submitted using an official school email address (e.g., @schoolname.edu) and include the URL of the school's official website.
5. 5. The program is open to school faculty/staff only: Applicants must be qualified and authorised to apply on behalf of the school, the program is not open to Students or associates of schools.

How the Free License Can Be Used

• • School events such as plays, concerts, and assemblies.
• • Fundraising activities like ticketed performances, as long as proceeds support the school's activities and are not part of an ongoing commercial endeavor.

How to Apply

1. 1. Prepare Your Documentation: Gather proof of your public school status, such as government accreditation, tax-exempt status, or other official documents.
2. 2. Submit an Application: Fill out our application form, providing details about your school and intended use of DMXDesktop.
3. 3. Approval Process: Once we review and verify your application, you'll receive access to the Pro License.

Program Guidelines

• • One License Per School: Each eligible school is limited to one Free Pro License.
• • Additional Licenses: Schools may apply for additional licenses if justified by specific needs. These requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and approved at our discretion.
• • Authorized Use: The license must be used only for activities related to the school, such as productions, assemblies, and educational projects.

Terms of Use

• • Use the license solely for educational and school-related purposes.
• • Not transfer or resell the license to any third party.
• • No Warranties or Guarantees: The DMXDesktop Schools Program is offered free of charge, strictly "as is", with no warranties, guarantees, or promises of fitness for a particular purpose.
• • Program Changes and Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Schools Program at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
• • Acceptance of Terms: By applying or using the Schools Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including compliance with the terms of use, privacy policy and End User Licence Agreement for DMXDesktop.
