Master DMXDesktop's Quick Controls: flash buttons, fog overrides, and fog timers

The Live Control Settings, or "Quick Controls" are accessible via the cog icon in the Live Control panel. Alternatively, you can access them via the keyboard shortcut CTRL+Q from anywhere within the app. From these controls you can make on-the-fly changes to some of the core settings, which are useful to make rapid changes during a show.

Flash Buttons

Flash Buttons allows you to change the behaviour of the buttons in the header and in the mobile app, you can set them as either Toggles(Latching) or Momentary. You can also change the order of how the buttons appear in the app.

Strobe Settings

Strobe Settings allows you to alter the default strobe rate, and enable/disable strobe options. Force strobe at max (overrides even the master dimmer), use dedicated strobe channels when available, or Dimmers if not available can be used.

Blinder Settings

Blinder Settings lets you add a limit to the Blinder. As of v1.0.24 you can also specify the key color of the blinder (RGBWAUV) and enable a fade-in or fade-out effect, with adjustable timing.

Fog Settings

Fog Settings allows you to override all fog channels Toggle On value, this is useful if for example you have a Hazer and you want to adjust its output rate for some time. You can also enable the Fog Timer, which allows you to set an auto-off time for the Fog, anywhere from 1 second to 6hours (set in seconds).

Dark On Silence

Dark On Silence allows you to set the minimum sound level at which it is activated, as well as to set the floor level for the channels being set dark, so that you may instead have them dim rather than blackout for example.
