General provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern:
- the rules and operation of our Newsletter service;
- the procedures for subscribing to and unsubscribing from the Newsletter;
- the technical requirements necessary to use the Newsletter service;
- the complaint procedures regarding Newsletter services;
- the information on the processing of personal data related to the Newsletter service,
in matters not regulated herein, the provisions of our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy shall apply.
Newsletter Service
The Newsletter service consists of providing digital content in the form of commercial, marketing, and advisory communications delivered via e-mail.
Under the Newsletter service, we may send you:
- discount codes;
- information about discounts and promotions;
- special offers;
- other information related to our products and services.

Newsletter Service Agreement
The Newsletter service is available exclusively to registered Users of the DMXDesktop application. To create an account and gain access to DMXDesktop application, please follow the steps outlined in the Account Creation and Access section of Terms and Conditions for DMXDesktop.
To subscribe to the Newsletter and conclude the agreement, you must be logged into your account and follow these steps:
- Initiate the subscription within the DMXDesktop application (e.g., via a prompt or settings);
- In the confirmation dialog that appears, tick the checkbox to consent to the processing of your personal data and acceptance of these Terms, and click the "Subscribe" button;
- By completing the subscription process, you agree that the Newsletter will be sent to your registered e-mail address provided during the Account Creation and Access process.
Upon clicking the Subscribe button in the dialog, an agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service is officially concluded. We will then send you an e-mail confirming the conclusion of the agreement.
Terms of the Agreement
- The Newsletter service agreement is concluded for an indefinite period;
- The agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service is deemed concluded at the moment the User clicks the Subscribe button;
- Use of the Newsletter service is free of charge and voluntary;
- The ordered Newsletter is sent exclusively to the e-mail address provided by you during the subscription process;
- If you do not agree with our removal of your e-mail address from the mailing list, you may file a complaint in accordance with these Terms;
- You may re-subscribe to the Newsletter at any time.
Technical Requirements
To receive the Newsletter, you must have:
- a device capable of opening the messages (such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone);
- access to the Internet;
- an active e-mail address.
Termination (Unsubscribe)
You may terminate the Newsletter service agreement at any time, without providing a reason and without incurring any costs.
How to Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter by:
- clicking the "Unsubscribe" link provided in the footer of every Newsletter e-mail sent to you;
- sending an e-mail with your request to: [email protected];
- by using the instant subscription control "Unsubscribe", available directly on the "My Account" page within the DMXDesktop application.
Your e-mail address will be removed from the mailing list immediately, but no later than within 24 hours from receiving your request.
Newsletter Complaints and Service Conformity
In the event of non-conformity of the provided content with these Terms and Conditions, you have the right to file a complaint by contacting us at: [email protected].
To ensure a prompt resolution, it is recommended that the User provides the following in the description of the complaint:
- information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the issue;
- the e-mail address used for the Newsletter subscription;
- a brief description of the non-conformity or defect, and optionally screenshots showing the issue;
- the preferred method of bringing the Newsletter service into compliance with the Agreement;
- contact details of the complainant.
Response Time: The Company undertakes to consider each complaint regarding the Newsletter service immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
You have the right to withdraw from the Newsletter service agreement if it is non-compliant with the Agreement.

Scope of Data: For the purpose of providing the Newsletter service, we process your e-mail address.
Retention and User Rights
Retention Period: Data will be processed until the purpose of processing ceases (termination of the service) or until you withdraw your consent (whichever occurs first). Subsequently, data will be stored for the period required by the statute of limitations for legal claims or as required by law.
Voluntary Provision of Data: Providing your data is voluntary, but it is a requirement for receiving the newsletter.
Withdrawal of Consent: Consent may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy with 14 days' notice before changes take effect.
We keep a record of policy versions and acceptance timestamps.
Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code, the Act on Consumer Rights, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, General Data Protection Regulation and other relevant laws shall apply.
