Flash (Momentary) or Latching(Toggle) Buttons

All the Live Control buttons can be set to work as a Flash (Momentary) button or as a Latching (Toggle). You can specify how each button works via the General tab in Settings.

The setting is stored per-Stage, so you can have different setups for different Stages.

Strobe

Will trigger any Strobe channel on any fixture in All Groups, unless the Group has been set to disabled for Strobe in the Group Settings.

Blackout

Will turn off all lights on any fixture in All Groups, unless the Group has been set to disabled for Blackout in the Group Settings.

Blinder

Will raise all lights to their maximum (subject to the max value set in the fixtures channel configuration), limited to the Master Dimmer if it is set lower than 100%. You may also set a global limit to the Blinder in the Settings -> General Tab, where you can set a level lower than the normal maximum of 255 which will never be crossed even if the Master Dimmer is set to 100%. You may also decide in Settings if you want the Blinder to work on only White Channels or all RGB channels via the toggle switch.

Freeze

Will stop all effects and "Freeze" the lights and movers at their current position and lighting. Unfreeze them to continue.

Fog

Will trigger any Fog channel which is active and available in your fixtures on any Group, unless the Group has been set to disabled for Fog in the Group Settings.

Effect

Will trigger any Effect channel which is active and available in your fixtures on any Group, unless the Group has been set to disabled for Effect in the Group Settings.

Button Interactions

The Strobe, Blackout and Blinder are tied together, and only one can be active at any time, if for example the Strobe is active and you click on Blackout it will activate and cancel out the Strobe.

Whereas, The Freeze and Fog buttons are independent, and can be activated without cancelling any other buttons.
