Account Management
From the Account page you can manage various aspects of your account;
- Active Sessions - shows you a list of all instances of the Application which are signed in to your account.
- Licences - shows you a list of all active licences you have available in your account, and whether they have been assigned to a machine or not.
- Subscription History - shows you a list of any subscriptions you have active on your account and their status, date of renewal etc.
Active Sessions
If you have left your account logged into another machine; you can click the Logout button next to that session to terminate it. The session will be ended the next time the app on that machine connects to the Cloud, or when its current login token expires, at most up to 7 days.
Cloud services will be blocked immediately.
Licences
If you have an active subscription for a licence, here you will see a list of available licences and whether they are assigned to a machine or not.
You may only assign 1 licence per machine, however you may have as many licences as you wish, subject to active subscriptions per licence.
You can Revoke a licence from a machine at any time, and the licence will become available again.
You can assign and revoke a licence a maximum of 1 time per rolling 30-day period. If you have difficulties with this, please Contact Us for support.

Subscriptions
You can view here a list of any subscriptions you may have and their current status.
Please note if you terminate a subscription, it will remain active until the next billing cycle, we do not offer partial refunds.
Subject to statutory legislation and Consumer Protection legislation, you always have within the European Union a cooling off period where you may cancel and refund your purchase within 14 days from subscribing. After this time, we will accept any cancellation during the subscription period as mentioned above. When outside of the cooling off period, if you cancel the subscription it will be terminated from the next billing cycle when the subscription will not renew.
Despite this being mainly a European Union consumer protection, we will follow this approach in general Globally and offer all our subscribers the right to trial and the right to cancel at any time for a full refund within 14 days of the start of the first subscription.
