Auto Pilot is a lightweight automation mode that runs your Effect Cues for you. It listens to live audio energy and beat, and an optional AI audio model infers genre, instrumentation, and intensity from the live audio to steer effect choices.
It is perfect when you want hands-free motion but still want to stay in control. It is not the same as DJ Mode, which builds time-coded shows per track.
How Auto Pilot Works

Auto Pilot tracks audio energy and beat information to understand the feel of the room.
Infer Musical Context with AI
An optional AI audio model tags genre and instrumentation from the live audio to guide effect selection.
Choose and Blend Effect Cues
It selects from your chosen Effect Cues, mixing groups and effects using energy, beat, and AI inference to build dynamic looks.
Time Changes Intelligently
Cue changes are paced to avoid abrupt jumps while still reacting to peaks and drops.
Auto Pilot runs your Effect Cues automatically while keeping you in control.
Tune the Feel
Color Override
Force a specific color using Color Overrides while Auto Pilot runs.
Cue Change Timing
Adjust the time between cue changes with the timing slider.
Energy Sensitivity
Adjust how reactive Auto Pilot is to changes in the music.
Beat Sync Options
Use live audio detection or feed BPM via OS2L for tighter sync.
Quick Setup
- Open Effect Cues and enable Auto Pilot.
- Set Color Overrides if you want to lock a color theme.
- Adjust the time between cue changes and the sensitivity slider.
- Play music with Live Audio enabled (optional OS2L BPM).
